At my.ada.edu.az click Registration on the Course Registration card. You will see your Registration page. Follow the steps below (Remember that in Banner sections/classes are called CRNs):

  • Click Register for Classes
  • Choose the term and click Submit
  • Click Enter CRNs tab. 
  • Enter the section CRN(s) you want to register. You can access the CRNs under Browse Classes before the registration is open.
  • Click Add to Summary.  This will add your option to the cart. You will see the course status “pending”.
  • Click Submit to complete your registration.

Or 

  • Click Find Classes tab. Here you can search by different criteria like subject and course number. Or click search without entering any information and it will give you all the available CRNs.
  • Choose the CRN you want to register for and click Add. This will add your option to the cart. You will see the course status “pending”.
  • Click Submit to complete your registration.

Note: Please submit your schedule before exiting, if you add courses and exit the page without submitting, they will be dropped from your cart.

Note1: Read registration errors carefully. Some holds, student statuses, academic standing and restrictions may prevent your registration. If you get one of the following errors, please contact your advisor and specify the type of error you get during the registration attempt.

At my.ada.edu.az click Registration on the Course Registration card. You will see your Registration page. Follow the steps below:

  • Click Register for Classes
  • Choose the term and click Submit
  • On the right side box, you will see the classes you already have registered for
  • Click the box that has “Registered” for the class/CRN you want to drop and choose Remove
  • Submit your changes in order to drop the selected class
  • To add another class/CRN follow the steps at Register for classes

Note: you cannot drop the last class. If you want to drop the last class, you must visit the Office of Registrar

At my.ada.edu.az click My Grades on the Banner Student card. You will see your Student Grades page and choose the term to see the grades for that term.

At my.ada.edu.az click Request Printed Transcript on the Banner Student card. Follow the steps below:

  • Choose one of your addresses from the drop-down or insert
  • Choose the transcript type (Official)
  • Choose course level (you must choose the relevant course level for the transcript. All levels means the transcript for all the semesters students has been active will be issued)
  • Follow the steps for online payment
  • Submit

Please request your enrollment verification letter with an e-mail to records@ada.edu.az. Consider the following while requesting your letter.

  1. Indicate the language of letter
  2. Indicate the place it is addressed
  3. If you request Forma 10 to submit to the Military Registration and Enlistment Office, please provide the following information:
  • First name, last name and father’s name in Azerbaijani (as it is on your national ID)
  • Birth date as DD/MM/YYYY
  • Number of national ID
  • Branch of the Military Registration and Enlistment Office where you will submit the letter.

Note: Enrollment letters are distributed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3 pm to 5pm at the A 144 for self pick-up. If you are unable to pick up your document (only if you are out of city), you can request the scanned document with an email to records@ada.edu.az.

Note 1: You must submit your request no later than the midnight the day before the delivery day. The requests sent later than the indicated time will be processed for the next delivery day. Requests with incomplete information provided will be disregarded.

Note 2: Enrollment verification request e-mails are not replied

At my.ada.edu.az click Student Profile on the Banner Student card. You will see your Student Profile page. On the top right you will see heading Holds. Click on that to see your holds and what they prevent. 

At my.ada.edu.az click Degree evaluation on the Student Overall and Term GPA card. You will see your Degree evaluation record page, and choose the term

  1. Click previous evaluations to see the processed degree evaluations
  2. Click generate new to process new degree evaluation

At my.ada.edu.az click View Transcript on the Banner Student card.

  • Go to https://my.ada.edu.az,
  • Find the Registration button on the Course Registration card,
  • Please choose the relevant term from the Term list: Fall 2023

At my.ada.edu.az click Withdraw From Courses on the Course Registration card and follow the steps below:

  • Click Create new withdrawal request
  • Choose the one you want to withdraw from the list (select a course) of courses you have registered for the term;
  • Click Submit

If the request is successful, it should appear under the Withdaw request link. After both the advisor and instructor approvals (Y), the course status will be changed to withdrawn. Course status is available on the Banner Student card > Student Profile.

Option 1:

  • At my.ada.edu.az find the Online Payment card and follow the steps
  • Enter your student ID with zeros (0000000ID) and choose the type of payment
  • Enter the amount and click Submit*

Option 2:

At my.ada.edu.az find the Student Account card and click GO. You will see your Account Summary page. Follow the steps below:

  • Click Pay Now from top-right
  • Select the checkbox against the term to make the payment.
  • Enter the amount - upon term selection, Net term balance amount can be edited.
  • and click Pay Now*

* Your bank may charge an additional fee for the payment

Option 3: Bank transfer

  • Approach any Bank
  • Add a description of the payment student ID, name, surname, and program of study, or use the Payment form
  • Keep confirmation of payment until payment will be displayed in your Student Accounts

 

At my.ada.edu.az find the Student Account card and click GO. You will see your Account Summary page to view the summary of your transactions for all terms

Guidelines For Writing Effective Emails

At my.ada.edu.az click Registration on the Course Registration card. You will see your Registration page. Follow the steps below:

  • Click Browse Course Catalog link
  • Choose the term, and Continue
  • Search for course by criteria or click Search to see all course catalog
  • Click Title for more course information (pre-requisite, course description etc.)

At my.ada.edu.az find the Respondus Lockdown Browser card from the Discover section, download and install it on the laptop according to the OS you are using by using the Download link for Windows OS and Download link for MacOS buttons, or direct links below:

Do not forget to read and follow the instructions provided through the Respondus Lockdown Browser Guide button.

LockDown browser is configured to be used by ADA University community only, so if you have a version from a different source in your computer, please download and reinstall it again from the link provided.

Click Apply to Graduate link on MyADA student portal under the Graduation card. Follow the steps below:

  • Choose the Term (it will be the last term you have course registration)
  • Check the Current Program and click Continue
  • Choose Graduation Date 
  • Indicate your attendance at the ceremony and click Continue
  • Click Continue
  • Click Submit Request

At my.ada.edu.az find the Room Reservation card and click GO:

  • Use your Campus/MyADA credentials to log in
  • Choose the room you want to reserve
  • Choose the date
  • Double-click on calendar
  • Fill in the required parts (including the room number)
  • Click Create/Update

Please make sure the length of the reservation does not extend 90 minutes.

Also, the room selected should be empty (no other reservations) for that time slot.

For Library rooms there are additional rules, you can reserve library rooms for today and tomorrow only, and there should be at least 2 participants.
